Ominous rumbles propagate from below, and in an isolated bookstore, where the rain falls in torrents, a mysterious purchase occurs. Buildings shuffle about, reordering the city. Cats - robotic and otherwise, who always know when something is up are growing steadily more alarmed. No one knows why all this is happening or what to do to save the city.
